Cancellations & Returns

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at support@bonacreation.com a photo of the damaged product with. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we offer a full refund.

Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

No returns orrefunds will be accepted for the following Categories on Bonacreation.com

Return Eligibility:

Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our makers, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

All items in bundling promotion are not eligible for partial cancels or returns.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Our Return Policy:

(a) Bonacreation team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to our office in Worcester 01604 MA, USA

Return Address will be confirmed to you by mail only.

(b) Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you can choose to receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment.

Items Damaged in Transit

If items arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and email us at support@bonacreation.comwithin 48 hours, as well as providing us with the proof as following:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box.
2. Photo/video/screenshot of the defective item.
3. Photo/video/screenshot of the defect or defective area.
4. Order number.

Our team will communicate with you for further information.

Any duties or taxes levied for return by the authorities at the destination port are to be paid by the customers.

CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@bonacreation.com

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.

No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

CANCELLATION BY BONACREATION:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Bonacreation and accept The Bonacreation’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Refunds:

Refund will be processed within 7 days upon receivingthe package returned by the Customer.

Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only; other fees like insurance, shipping service charges are non-refundable.
