What is your Commission percentage?

Our Pricing Structure is as below:

Settlement amount = Order item valueMarketplace fee (21%) – GST on marketplace fee (18% of marketplace fee) – Transaction processing fee (3% on total invoice)

Order item value = Selling price and Shipping charge paid by customer and excludes discount offered by Seller

Marketplace fee = shipping fee + commission on sale (21% on ordered item value)

GST on marketplace fee = 18% of marketplace fee

The Settlement amount is credited to your bank account within 15-20 business days of dispatch.

When I upload the product they are not visible in the shop instantly. Why?

Whenever a product is uploaded it has to be verified from our Admin and then itgoes live on the seller shop.

When will I get my Payment?

All payments will be done within 15 to 20 business days from the dispatch of order. For any issues related to payments please feel free to mail us at support@bonacreation.com

Do I need to invoice the customer?

It is highly recommended that you send your own invoice to the customers when you ship the order. Bonacreation only provides you a platform to showcase your products.

Do you have any listing charges?

We do not charge anything for listing products. We only charge commission once a product is sold and delivered.

Do you provide support in uploading the products?

Our team can surely help you in adding products. Please check our bulk upload sheets to fill in the details of the products and send it to support@bonacreation.com

How will I know if I received any order?

You will get a mail from our end for all confirmed orders. You will also receive SMS on the registered number for the order. You need to ship all orders within 5 working days otherwise order will be cancelled and product will be treated as out-of-stock and you will be charged 3% payment gateway charges.

How do I login to my vendor panel?

You can use the Sell on Sell on Bonacreation link at the bottom of our website.

I have forgotten my vendor panel password. How do I reset it?

Use “Forgot Password” on the login form and you will instantly get your password e-mailed to you.

What is the Return Policy on Bonacreation?

Customers can return product in case of damage or wrong item shipped or if they don’t like the item at all. You as seller will not be charged for any return courier. Our return center is located into the United States of America at this moment. Bonacreation will receive the returned item/s on behalf of Vendors. Bonacreation do send out the return items to vendor on every 3 months cycle.
